Fix grout in bathroom, replace two cracked tiles, reseal around bath

Bathroom was renovated 2 years ago, but grout and sealing never any good. Tilers came back to regrout, but still not good.Tried to DIY and now looks messy. Plumber cracked 2 tiles when installing shower (above bath). I have spare tiles, the tiles are large. The silicon around bath looks messy. I had the bath re-enameled and impossible to clean. I spent a lot as the bathroom was extremely old 1950s, no mixer etc. The job looks second rate. Brick work behind toilet not complete either, gaps behind large pipe. Tile was placed over outlet on floor which is a shame as I had overflow which made cleaning up difficult.
