Experienced cleaner for heavy duty clean of newly renovated apartment

We need an experienced cleaner who is willing to do heavy duty work to clean a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment that has recently been renovated prior to owners moving in.
The house has not been lived in so the main issue is dust. We need all floor and wall surfaced cleaned of any dust/dirt, windows cleaned internally and externally (we are on ground floor), all fly screens cleaned (they are full of dust) internal of cupboards wiped down, regular cleaning, etc - basically to get the house to a standard where it is clean and ready to live in. There is obviously no furniture to contend with.
We need someone who is available in the 1st week of January, happy to do heavy duty cleaning (fly screens are pretty dirty and may be need to get up on ladders, etc) and takes care/pride in their work (we have just polished the floorboards and painted). Prefer an hourly rate if possible as not sure how long job will take. Also prefer someone who can provide their own cleaning products/tools as we have not yet set up the house.
