End of Lease Cleaning

We need our unit that we're moving out of cleaned and certified as clean for an end of lease move out. We have: -
- 3 stories (but it's a small unit).
- There is a bottom story with living room, dining area and kitchen, and a small balcony.
- The floors are wooden in the downstairs area.
- The second story is 3 small bedrooms, that don't really require cleaning but maybe the blinds for end of lease?
- There are two bathrooms upstairs. Both ensuite size with a toilet in each of them. One is a shower over bath.
- There is a laundry area, but that won't require cleaning (european laundry)
- The top story is just a balcony area. You'll require a hose just to spray this area clear of dirt ( just settled over time ) into the side gutters.
The house will be cleaned before you come to do this, so this will purely be to ensure we have the bond returned to us.

Pretty annoyed with these guys. I chose to provide my information online, and in detail, so that I don't have to repeat myself. Why then do i get a random person call me who has a "franchise" of the company, and ask me to provide the details from scratch. Doesn't even know how many rooms... I'm at work... I don't take calls... I'm sure many people are in the same position. I asked the guy what details he got, and he said "your address and suburb came through, and your mobile number" ... great... so just enough information to annoy me.
