Ducted air cond/heater needs cleaning.

brick venear home has 10 vents for air conditioner and heater in the ceiling. Currently not giving out much heat. Unsure when the ducts were last cleaned. Problems have occurred in the past where the ducts have come off the vent, therefore distributing the cold/hot air in the ceiling & not in the rooms. This could possibly be the problem again. However, all ducts will need to be cleaned.
