Our Hoppers Crossing home is approximately 30 years old. It is single story brick with, primarily, polished floorboards in the living areas,tiled bathrooms, and carpeted bedrooms. Our heating is a hydronic gas furness which feeds to ten floor ducts in the house. There is considerable room beneath the house (approximately 1+ meter from floor
- to ground). This can be accessed from inside the house via a man-hole if needed.

- The hydronic heating tank/furness is outside down the side of the property, the airinlet/vent (thingo) is in a hall way inside the house. The thermostat and controls are in a central living area.

- We purchased this home 18 months ago. I am unsure when the last time the ducts would have been cleaned; however, I can tell you that we have not had them cleaned since moving in.
