Hi,
We have a property that we manage in Fairfield NSW 2165. Could you give me a quote/estimate/price range/max price (inc everything: labour, cleaning materials, GST) for cleaning the following:
- Stove top (oil)
- Oven (oil)
- Exhaust fan (dust making the fan noisy)
- Top of shelf in the laundry (dust)
- Top of main door (dust)
For this job, we would highly prefer it to be done on Monday 17/5/10 afternoon as the tenant will start moving in on Monday.
I can email photos to you if needed.
If needed I can show you the property if you give a free quote, and if the quote is reasonable, we will get the owner's approval immediately (so that you can start cleaning and no need to come twice). However, I hope that the above information is sufficient information for you to give me a quote.
We are looking for a cleaner that is professional, does a through job and has an ABN.
We are also looking for a cleaner that we can use for our general cleaning of properties that we may need from time to time, e.g. after a tenant moves out. The properties that we manage are mainly in Fairfield NSW 2165, Cabramatta NSW 2166 and surrounding areas.
Do you charge anything extra for Saturdays, Sundays, or before and after hours, as our tenants usually work during the day.
