Cleaning of 3 bed, 1 bath house after airbnb guests have departed

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house.
Cleaning of holiday house required on periodic basis. Estimate this would be approx once a month in non-peak periods (winter) or several times a month in the peak period (summer months). Cleaning would be required once guests have departed and getting the property ready for the next guest/s.
Cleaning required: general tidy of house, mopping floors and vacuuming carpets, empty bins, wipe down benches, empty dishwasher and put dishes away, clean bathroom and toilet, wash sheets and towels in bedrooms and put new sheets on beds.
Cannot provide a regular cleaning dates but can provide you with a few weeks to a months notice as to when the cleaning would be required. As of today we will require some cleaning to be done in late December and in January.
