The house needs a huge spring clean. It is in a very filthy condition all over! There are very nice tenants living in the house. It is a large family who have come across hardship and been unable to keep it clean for awhile. It will take a full 6-8 hours for one person to do. This can be slit over 2 days. The house is:

It needs a general tidy, dust, a very intense cleaning of kitchen, laundry and bathroom, a vacuum, and a mop. As I said it is very filthy, however after this large clean we want to hire someone weekly to come in and clean. We recognize it is a big job but we hope you will get ongoing work out of it.
