This is a 3 bedroom rental property. Carpet in 3 bedrooms + lounge area. Vinyl flooring to kitchen, bathroom, laundry/toilet areas. We supply a linen service so the linen will need to be changed each holiday visit. Feather duster dust all areas. Clean kitchen benches/sink, wipe over stove/fridge/microwave/kitchen table and any other obvious dirty marks. Check outdoor table setting/bbq to see if it needs a wipe over.
