Clean bathroom tiles of stains after renovations - 3 bathrooms & laundr

Stains on tiles appear to be glue and may have been left by plasterers not using sheets to cover the floor. have tried various different products to get the stains out but appear embedded now in the tile. would like advice initially from professional on whether possible to actually remove the stains, and if so, cost to do do. we have 3 bathrooms, 1 individual toilet and a laundry. would include walls where relevant also. stains appear to be embedded into the tile and some very noticeable, some more 'dull' but still noticeable.
