3 bed small house, needs 1.5hrs a wk cleaning, general clean

3 bed small house with an office. i use to be a cleaner myself but have started to run my own family day care service from home. i clean on a daily basis, the bath vanity toilet kitchen and floors but by friday afternoon i have little motivation to do a through dust, vac ( only two rooms have carpet) mop and remove scuff marks off floor, wipe over kitchen and remove any marks and cupboard doors,tidy the lounge room and daughters room.
i also have to have the family day care room cleaned as in window sill dusted and wiped over and the little set of shelves too , matts vacuumed and floor moped (this is actually one of the 3 bedrooms in my house). i am more than able to complete all this and more in 1.5 hrs myself. my daughter and i have allergies and she has asthma so i would either supply to cleaning products and ask my own vacuum be used, or request the cleaner only use the things we can have in our house. i would also ask that the cornices of the house(inside) regally be dusted for cob webs( i have none , as i do this even 2 weeks it take 5 min to do the whole house
) and i ask the beds be stripped and re made. mine is a queen and my daughters single bed.
i would also prefer someone with some experience and has own insurance.
