They left dirt all over carpet, was absent minded initially. Amin rushed the job and missed some areas but did them when the caller pointed it out. He told the caller that it would appear better in a couple of days, it did not, and the cleaner was later rude when caller followed up again, and is now accusing caller of asking for too much money, despite it being acceptable at first. Caller was extremely upset and did not consider the service providers to be professional. (July/Aug 2012)
