Very disappointing as did not turn up on the agreed time. When contacted twice 915 and 950 to follow up they stated their time was from 9am till 10am. I guess this means to tradespeople they can turn up at the last minute to do the job. I wonder if they had a doctors appointment would it work the same way, not likely!\n\n Service Central could you please enlist reliable tradespeople that are punctual and have a dedication to the customer who has put their trust in the service being carried out.
