What is my account balance?
The account balance is used to automatically deduct payments for the job opportunities you accept and receive the customer's contact details.
It is a pre-paid account that is set up upon registration.
We recommended that you have a minimum balance of $100 at all times, but when this account reaches $60 you will receive a reminder SMS asking you to top up your account.
If you allow your account to reach a $0 balance, you will stop receiving any further referral notifications and will be unable to respond to referrals.
