How do I remove my contact details from my web profile?

You are able to decide which contact details are available online publicly. To manage this, log onto your web profile and go to:

  • Account Settings > Edit Online Business Profile > Privacy Settings Tab > uncheck the boxes that you wish to keep private

This will mean that your business's profile still shows up under our Directory listings, but customers won't see the contact details that you don't want them to use.

Tip: Try not to remove the contact details in full, because your public directory listing is a way to receive more value from your Service Central membership. 

If you would like to remove your web profile from the Directory altogether, please request this through your Account Manager.
