You receive two types of statements from Service Central.
Monthly statements are sent around the 5th of every month
You will receive an email letting you know that your new statement is available online, and you can view and download it once you have logged into www.servicecentral.com.au
Your statement may not include credits for rollbacks applied for in within the previous 2 weeks, and you will see any of those on the next month's statement, or can track them online under 'Financial'.
Daily statements are sent every afternoon
If you make a payment, you will be sent a tax invoice at the end of the day that the payment is received.
