I have a Vulcan Ultra 21 model 5000013. Installed 1999. Heater is working but constantly goes into reset mode. Temp then drops off until I reset unit again. This is happening constantly. Unit serviced last year. Problem re occured. Don't know how to extract last error code from unit. Want combustion fan cap-start cap double checked to see if this is causing the combustion fan to run slow. Also need advice on filter for unit.
