Vulcan Pyrox ducted heating system not working correctly

Pyrox ducted natural gas system not heating. Has power and gas supply, active at the control panel but is not heating or forcing air. Has done this on past occasions but usually still forces air through, just not heated, and hitting the reset or turning unit off and on at powerpoint will get it working again. May just need servicing, was installed approx 2 1/2 years ago.
