The ducted heating operates continually when the power is connected. It does not respond to the Comfort Control device. This first happened in summer after a fierce storm and the ducted heating came on without notice. I had to switch it off at the power and ever since I have switched it ion at the power is seems to start up instantly regardless of the Comfort Contro, setting. I have re-set the circuit board but had no success.
