I have tried to reset the outside unit by the reset switch, but the switchboard flashes three times, which according to the menu means the unit is experiencing a "compression air pressure failure". not sure what this is, but sure am cold!
would love it to be fixed at the soonest opportunity. not sure if a gas fitter/plumber or electrician is required because i don't understand the nature of the failure.
