Stadt Heating System does not work

I have a Stadt Ducted Heating unit and last year it was working intermittently then in the end it was working. The unit does not blow out any heating air, you can hear the engines running as noise is coming from the roof but this year when I turned the unit on for the first time, nothing is happening. The keypad works & has full battery charge. I need someone to come and see whats wrong, I would like a quote at first as I have no idea how much this is going to be to repair but if its not too severe I will go ahead with repairs on the same day.
