quotation required for ducted gas heater replacement at child care centre. Replace the existing gas ducted unit suitable to maintain heating conditions for the 30 square area child care centre. Provide manufacture and technical details of new unit and capacity data. Provide a programmable type room thermostat suitable for common weekly adjustment (Monday-Friday) Usually set at 630am to 630pm and a separate weekend adjustment. If the existing weatherproof powerpoint is to be relocated due to not being accessable once the heater is installed, we will arrange for the powerpoint to be relocated. Previous to the installation of the new heater. Replace all existing duct registers with new metal type cream or white colour. Supply and install a suitable air filter bracket and a new low resistance air filter in the return air plenum. Once installed the registers/dampers shall be set up to balance the air flow and to maintain constant temperature throughout the place. The existing gas heater, flue and cover and all old heater fixtures are to be removed from site and disposed of by the contractor and made good so there is no ground penetrations next to the new heater as to prevent physical damage.
