I am enquiring about my elderly parents' Brivis Wobat Ducted Heater which was installed in 1987. The unit has been operating well up until last year. This year a plumber inspected and advised that the heat exchanger has cracked and corroded and that this part is no longer available. As my mother has many health issues which require her to visit many medical appointments, I am seeking for an honest opinion for the most efficient way of rectifying this problem. I want to know if this part is available and if it can be replaced?
