Replace Ducted Heating Unit

We currently have an external CelAir Ducted heating unit with 12 in-Floor vents running a Commander programmable controller.
We are looking at upgrading the complete unit as its been giving us issues and we have been recommended to replace the unit.
I am also interested in the option to change over to a Dual zone system (Living areas & bedrooms - Left and Right side of the house), I assume this may need some of the actual ducting relocated or modified to suit.
Additionally our floor register covers are getting old and brittle (plastic ones), so would like a separate price (per unit) to replace these with metal covers. (12 in total).
