Replace broken ducted gas heating system with new efficient ducted solution

We have a (very) old ducted heating system that is currently broken (blows the circuit breaker whenever it switches on). It is installed in a cupboard cutting into space in the bathroom, currently servicing 9 ducts in the house.
I'd like to get a quote on :
- Removal of existing heating system. Will require disconnection from water boiler etc (in future I want to replace the water boiler with an on-demand, so direct disconnection is fine).
- Removal of all existing duct piping
- Installation of new and highly efficient ducted heating system. Would like it placed under the house if possible, and new air intake duct cut out of plasterboard in main living area (more central in the house).
- Installation of new sealed ducted piping to all the main ducts
- Repair any ducts required (shouldn't need any, but a quick look around is desired).
- Additional quote desired on option for cooling as well, this can be basic, the primary goal is decent heating.
Notes:
The house has cathedral ceilings, and no attic space, all ducts and ducting runs under the house in the floor space. All accessible, there are only 2 points where it is a bit tight crawling under there.
Would like the system to handle timer usage, and really want it to be as efficient as possible.
