We have an existing Vulcan Powerhouse 80 that has given up ghost after many years of hard service at home just before we attempt to sell it. We are looking for a cost effective replacement heater/fan unit. The new owners will probably renovate and swap over the unit so it does not need to be a top end product in fact it could even be second hand if you have a unit there.
