We have a braemar tm100i microstar furnace and a ducted underfloor heating system.
it's somewhere between 12 and 15 years old. it was a great heating system when it worked.
a renovation years ago blocked the intake duct and although the heater worked sluggishly, it didn't work well. it now seems to work, in that it turns on when you toggle the power, but it switches off.
i don't think there is a lot wrong. we have tried to find braemar specialists but now would prefer to work with a good general tradesperson.
the intake duct needs to be repositioned. there are some good candidate positions. there may be some adjustment or replacement part required for the furnace.
access is good. i have photographs of the furnace if required.
