Old (30yr +) disused wall oil heater(Vulcan) in dining room is emitting strong fumes. Need to stop fumes. Tank on outside side of house against garage wall. Possibly need to disconnect and seal all oil heater working parts to stop fumes.
Maybe drain oil from tank and remove oil tank if cost effective. Future plan to have actual heater removed from wall.
