Split system heater in main living area needs urgent repair. Derby Split system unit can be truned on but then turns itself on only a minute or so after being turned on - therefore we have no heating at all. Have tried to reboot through turning on and off at power with no success. Smaller unit in the bedroom works initially, but not heating quickly and then after a short period of time makes a loud noise then switches to blowing cold air. Also Derby brand but smaller unit. Young family to care for indoors so need to fix asap please.
