Repair my heater

My Vulcan heater needs to be repaired. It starts but stops after one minute. It is about 15 years old. It is in the roof cavity. I have attached some photos of the heater and its location. The pejorative cooler is very close to the heater and the cooler is sitting between two of the beams of the roof truss. Please don't accept the job if you are ridiculously expensive or don't work on two story houses. Thanks.
