My heating unit is a brivis buffalo 85. There is only cool air coming out of ducts when the heater is on and its not heating at all. I have checked the pilot light - which is working, and a plumber has replaced the thermocoupler - with no success. Its the first time i've used it this winter. The unit hasn't been serviced in the time i have been at the property (5 years).
