Repair my heater with added cooling system

The cooling of our system has stopped working. I can see that the fans of our compressor unit outside is working, but there is no cooling coming through. On the Vulcan control panel unit in the house, the fan unit does not indicate that it is on leading me to believe that the fan unit on ur Vulcan system is not working. This needs to be fixed, and the zoning ( bedrooms and living room) needs to be checked to ensure that it works correctly, and that the switching in the ducts happen correctly.
