Fan motor on large gas space heater won't kick over. gas heater seems to fire up ok but the fan to distribute the heat to the duct makes the right noises to start but can't quite get there! have turned the belt by hand, seems to move freely. more likely a capacitor, starter, fuse or the like in my very uneducated opinion.
