Our ducted heater is a Stadt 535i. The heater is tempermental and will sometimes not start. I have noticed that when it is a rather cold day, this is when the issue is likely to happen. Stadt repair center "TCM group" had visited to repair the heater and told me that the heater has a design flaw and that i should consider purchasing a new heater. They charged me $154 just to tell me it,s not repairable. Please do not provide lead from this company as they are a rip off.
