My Brivis Buffalo ducted gas heater unit has started making a ratteling noise, sounds like the fan is knocking. When I turn it off the noise continues while it's cooling down. When turning the unit on you can hear the spark igniter attempt to ignite it then waits for a couple of seconds and then attempts again but the heater doesn't ignite. I have checked the intake and... I have checked the intake and outtake pipes and they are not blocked. I don't believe its an issue with the gas line as I have gas hot water and its working. Note: I have picked up another unit last year which have kept for spare parts if needed. Might also be easier to swap them out if the other unit is in working order.
