Notes: The house has cathedral ceilings, and no attic space, all ducts and ducting runs under the house in the floor space. All accessible, there are only 2 points where it is a bit tight crawling under there. Would like the system to handle timer usage, and really want it to be as efficient as possible.

Fan only works sometimes and squeaks when it does work. Everything else is fine, can still turn it on and the gas works fine but if the fan doesn't come on it flicks off because it gets to hot.... Gas heater is working okay but air is not reaching two rooms. it seems the ducting may be broken or disconnected as after the heating has been on for some time, an area of the bathroom floor is... Gas heater is working okay but air is not reaching two rooms. it seems the ducting may be broken or disconnected as after the heating has been on for some time, an area of the bathroom floor is quite warm. this indicates to me that there is heat hitting under the floor at that point. i have looked at a sketched heating plan and the ducts to both the inoperative rooms appear to be coming from one duct.
