Heating Return Air Duct has collapsed and is not returning air to Heater. The heating unit still operates but only if the side panel is removed so it can suck in some air from outside. We have had... Heating Return Air Duct has collapsed and is not returning air to Heater. The heating unit still operates but only if the side panel is removed so it can suck in some air from outside. We have had 1 Return air duct replaced (from hallway return air vent) but this is connected to a second duct which I think has since collapsed. So I think all we need is the air duct replaced.

Believe circuit board on fan unit outside (Huge thing) may be fried. Fan unit actually connects to Hotwater/Hydro heating unit (this is set up ready to reconnect) and this sends warm/cool air...
