I need to have our sitting room open fireplace chimney flu repaired and reconnected. Recent renovations to our kitchen meant the flu had to change directions between the ceiling and the roof. The builders merely disconnected it at a point inside the ceiling. So we are unable to use our open fire. The work will involve more than reconnecting. A new section may be needed due to the direction change.

Have just moved into new 2 bed room medium sized apartment where the mains switch was turned off. Once the switch for the air conditioning unit switch was turned on, I went to turn on the unit at... I changed the batteries, changed the programming instruction to "ON" but still not response. None of the lights on the panel came on and neither did the unit. Have also tried to switch off and on the unit at the main power board. Have also tried the same with the switch on the external unit [located in the balcony]. But no response.

Hydronic heater requires check up. The heater is still leaking heat even when the knob on the right valve is turned off. There is no knob on the left valve.
