We have a Lennox ducted heater and it is running a honeywell digital thermostat. Our problem is that is is not shutting off at a given temperature and I can only assume the thing was never wired... Our problem is that is is not shutting off at a given temperature and I can only assume the thing was never wired correctly when it was installed (2nd hand unit and diy install). Other than that no idea, the return air is hooked up so buggered if i know-what are we looking at to get it repaired?

When I adjust the thermostat, the heater does not appear to give off more or less heat. It seems to stay hotter than required; I can't turn the heat down. The timer is also not working, in that... The fan is working fine, including with the timer. It's just the pilot light and flame part giving me trouble.
