We are looking to get a ducted heating unit installed at a house we've recently purchased. We would be looking to have it installed in the next 2 weeks. The house address is in Cockatoo, Vic.... Ducted heating would be under floor. Plenty of access to the under floor area as it is on a sloping block on concrete stumps. The house is only 3 yrs old and has particle board flooring with hard wood floor boards over the top (carpet in bedrooms). We were looking for 6 ducts (4 in bedrooms and 2 in the large family room). Zoned heating preferred and we would be paying cash for the job. I can send a very rough floor plan to give an idea of the layout if necessary. Regards, Chris

The system does not respond to the control panel and we cannot alter temperatures unless we go and whack the ouside heater unit. we've just paid $200 to have it fixed and it's still exactly the... The system does not respond to the control panel and we cannot alter temperatures unless we go and whack the ouside heater unit. we've just paid $200 to have it fixed and it's still exactly the same. repairman says we might as well get a new system...at $2,700. this isn't possible, as we're age pensioners and can't afford this type of performance again. last year we had a new circuit board fitted. repairman suggest we get yet another one. this situation is ridiculous. is there someone who can sort this out for us at reasonable cost? or maybe quote free for what needs doing? surely it's just a matter of terminals not connecting?(given that i know nothing at all about the system, except that it isn't working!) folks, we need help here please. the system is a brivis buffalo 1985.
