The wood heater has a warped baffle and cannot be removed, which is preventing cleaning. The baffle is the type that lifts up at the rear and pulls forward a few inches first before dropping down....

The heater turns on but will not heat past about 16degrees, we have checked the ducts under the house all ok. think that there may be a problem with the thermostat and the ducted unit may need...
