We have purchased a Regency i31 gas log fire and flexible flue kit and need this installed into an existing chimney. This chimney previously housed an old gas heater. prepared area (fire rated/non combustible steel framing and fibre board) Includes previous gas pipe. I have no idea whether this is still connected although we do have gas connected to our house.
