The problem description: I turned on the heater system, it worked well for about two hours. When I set the thermostat to off position. It didn't stop and only fan was in operation without heating. I found the thermostat indicated " battery replacement".
After I replaced the battery, I still can't turn off the system. Only after I turned off the power of the heater, the system stopped operation. But when I turned on the power, the system worked again without hot air, even though the thermostat was set at off position.
I pressed the reset and lockout button in the main board of the heater according to the instruction on the panel. There are 3 flash every 2 second in the LED， which means there is fault in Gas Valve.
i would like a free quote to regular service, Identify the problem and repaired the system with spare parts for stadt.
