My experience with this provider was terrible. Mike came out on a Monday and advised us that we needed $2500.00 worth of repairs done to our hydronic heating. Due to the fact that we have 2 young children and Mike promised the work would be completed by that Friday, we paid a $1750.00 deposit. They did not show up at the specified time on Friday, upon ringing them I was first told they were running late and in a subsequent call was advised the part had not arrived at the warehouse yet and the job would have to be put off until the following Monday, therefore I advised them that I wished to cancel the job and get my $1750.00 deposit back. It took many emails back and fourth, along with phone calls and the assistance of Bruce from Service Central for us to eventually get our money refunded. We found another repairman who fixed our heating for only $230.00! I would not recommend 1800coolfix to anyone
