We have a Olin Hydronic boiler / hot water heater that has an ignition problem. It will sometimes struggle to light and when it does, it causes a "rumbling" noise and vibrates quite a bit. In the past, we have had issues where it does not light at all.
I have dealt with Olin directly regarding issues with the unit (warranty), but they are now out of business in Australia.
Please call if you have experience with these units.
