Hydronic heater - Check up & replacement of valve

Hydronic heater requires check up. The heater is still leaking heat even when the knob on the right valve is turned off. There is no knob on the left valve. The apartment complex has turned off the central hydronic heating system and I have til the 28th of feb to fix it. Hopefully this can be done this weekend. Many thanks.

Very professional and prompt responses. My hydronic heater was leaking and he fixed the problem. I commend his advice and recommendations, together with workmanship. The only issue that I would like to comment on was that he never called back or followed up to see if there were replacement valves/accessories so that I could switch it back on when or if desired.
