Hurlcon Hydronic Heating unit needs to be repaired.

Problem at the moment is the unit will not switch on. The internal control panel has a message - ALL 05 !. Had the unit for 5 years and it has broken down at least once every year. The common problem has been a loud sound (like a pressure build up & release) when the reaches the thermostat temp & switches off. But not even getting to that problem at the moment because it's not switching on. Need an expert who can fix it properly as no-one that Hurlcon has sent out for the past 5 years has fixed it permanently.
