Help to start up a Brivis Buffalo 15 Central heating unit

Just moved into a unit which has a Brivis Buffalo 15 Central heating unit.
I have turned on the gas at the meter and switched the power to on,turned the gas inlet on the unit on but nothing is happening.
On the unit I have a green light on continuos and under that a flashing red light.
