Heating Return Air Duct has collapsed and is not returning air to Heater. The heating unit still operates but only if the side panel is removed so it can suck in some air from outside. We have had 1 Return air duct replaced (from hallway return air vent) but this is connected to a second duct which I think has since collapsed.
So I think all we need is the air duct replaced.
