Get Vulcan powerhouse 100 Gas ducted heating to ignite

The ducted heating has stopped working as the gas doesn't seem to ignite. When I reset the system it seems to try but fails and turns off.
It's not urgent as I have a reverse cycle aircon and fireplace but I'd like it fixed sooner rather than later.
